This Gertrud A5 notebook has a hardcover made from recycled biowaste and carton, covered in Favini paper from Italy. Each color carries an embossed motif on the back referring to its waste source: green for citrus, red for cherry, blue for lavender, khaki for grapes, and light brown for hazelnut. The 80 lined pages are printed with soy ink on 70 g/m² paper.
